Abuse Reporting

Report abuse, copyright infringement, security incidents, or other policy violations on Serversium infrastructure. We take abuse reports seriously and aim to respond within 4 hours.

  • check_circleThe specific URL(s) showing the abusive content (if applicable)
  • check_circleType of abuse (spam, phishing, malware, copyright, etc.)
  • check_circleDate/time the abuse occurred (UTC preferred)
  • check_circleEvidence: screenshots, email headers (full source), log excerpts
  • check_circleFor DMCA: include a sworn statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

scheduleResponse Timeline

Initial response: within 4 hours (business hours faster). Investigation and resolution: within 48 hours for most cases. CSAM and active phishing: immediate action (typically under 1 hour). Complex DMCA cases (counter-notice received): up to 14 days per DMCA procedure.

gavelDMCA Specifically

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), DMCA takedown notices must include: (1) physical or electronic signature of authorized person; (2) identification of copyrighted work claimed infringed; (3) identification of material to be removed with URL; (4) contact information; (5) statement of good-faith belief; (6) statement under penalty of perjury that information is accurate. We do not process incomplete DMCA notices.

undoCounter-Notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a DMCA counter-notice including: physical or electronic signature, identification of removed material and prior location, statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake or misidentification, contact information, and consent to jurisdiction. Counter-notices may result in restoration of content after 10–14 business days.

local_policeLaw Enforcement Requests

Law enforcement should send requests on official letterhead to [email protected]. We comply with valid Turkish legal process and properly issued MLAT requests from foreign jurisdictions. Emergency disclosure requests should be marked URGENT.

warningBad-Faith Reports

Abuse reports filed in bad faith (e.g., for competitive reasons, harassment of legitimate operators, fraudulent DMCA) may result in legal liability against the reporter. We may also share bad-faith reports with the affected customer for legal remedies.
